FAQ
Questions before you order?
Quick answers about pricing, artwork, proofs and turnaround.
How much will my print job cost?
Most products show their price on the page: choose the size, stock, quantity and finishing and the total updates as you go. For anything custom, send us the size, quantity, material and the date you need it through our quote form and we’ll get back to you with a price.
What kind of file should I send?
A high-resolution PDF with fonts embedded works best. If your design runs to the edge of the page, include bleed (usually 1/8 inch). Not sure your file is ready? Send it to us and we’ll take a look before you order.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Product pages offer proof options, including an emailed PDF proof or a printed proof you can view in store. You can also choose to go ahead without a proof.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround is shown on each product page, so you know the production time before you order. Some extras, such as rounded corners or hole drilling, add a business day.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Our team offers graphic design for logos, business cards, flyers, posters and more. Many products also have an online design option you can use yourself.
What if I can’t find the product I need?
We print much more than we list online. Tell us what you’re making, with the size, quantity and how it will be used, and we’ll suggest the right material and finish.
